UAE rises up global list of property investment hotspots

The UAE has risen up a global list ranking the world’s most popular residence-by-investment programs, it has been announced.

Henley & Partners has launched the Global Residence and Citizenship Programs (GRCP) 2016 report which shows the UAE moved up two places to 13th compared to last year.

According to the report, the UAE continues to lead the Middle East and North Africa region in residence attractiveness and was even ahead of Monaco, considered one of the world’s most luxurious addresses.

Marco Gantenbein, managing partner of Henley & Partners in the Middle East, said: “Globally and particularly in the MENA region, the UAE continues to be a leading and preferred destination for residence and ranks very highly in our annual indexes.
