There are many methods for paying traffic fines without the need of having to visit a customer service centre.

The payment services are provided by the Ministry of Interior on its website or its smart app, UAE-MOI. Residents can register in the smart and eServices using their Emirates ID and the system provides ePayment feature for secure payments though credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and e-Dirham.

Once registered, residents can also review the nature of the violation together with the date and time of the occurrence and can also view images taken from the radar.

The app user, will also be notified about the violation once it has been recorded on the system.

The Ministry’s app also connects with insurance and vehicle testing companies and is fully-integrated with the Ministry’s website. To avail of the services, residents need only to provide the same username and password via any platform. Following a one-time registration via the website or smart app, the customers will be able to access the Ministry’s services through all available channels.
