Top companies to work for in the UAE

Logistics firm DHL has been named as the best place to work in the UAE for the third consecutive year, according to a new survey.
Great Place to Work, a global research, training and consultancy firm said DHL had retained its top spot after “nurturing employee development, creating a fun work environment, being transparent, listening and acting on employee feedback and celebrating successes”.
It said DHL puts its workplace initiatives on top of its strategic plans and ensures that management spends time with frontline employees.
This year’s runner-up was THE One, which advanced two spots from 2015 followed by Omnicom Media Group who retained its third position.
