Kaya Skin Clinic, the largest international skincare clinic chain in the Middle East, has announced the acquisition of two clinics in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait.
With the two new acquisitions, the total number of Kaya clinics has grown to 21 across the region, the company said in a statement.
In Abu Dhabi, Kaya Skin Clinic acquired Iris Medical Centre, its sixth clinic in the UAE’s capita.
In Kuwait, Kaya Skin Clinic has partnered with a dermatology clinic in Al Riggae which is part of the Universal Medical Centre.
The acquisitions are part of Kaya’s expansion strategy, which will see the company venturing into new markets and increased network in existing markets in the near future, the statement added.

Kaya Skin Clinic said it currently operates 21 clinics across the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia, providing an range of skin and hair care services for more than 150,000 clients.
