Job Title:     Relocation Coordinator 

Full Time / Part Time:  Full Time (immediate start)

Main Purpose of Job:

To provide administration support to the relocation department to ensure delivery of settling-in services to assignees.

Focus:

Provide all settling-in services in a timely manner ensuring accurate records are maintained and completion of administration in line with procedures.

Main Responsibilities and Required Skills:

The position of Relocation Coordinator will be to drive the efficient completion of settling-in services in a timely manner for clients and ensuring that detailed records are maintained and all administration completed in line with procedures.

The role will also be responsible for managing tenancy renewals on behalf of relocation clients.

Also take responsibility for EER’s relocation app to ensure that it is rolled out to each new assignee and that all information is up to date and accurate providing a sleek and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

Relocation Administrator

·       Complete property handovers ensuing detailed document with supporting photographs in place;

·       Complete utility and telecom connections for assignees;

·       Complete Ejari registration for assignees;

·       Assist assignee with Driving Licence transfer;

·       Complete alcohol licence registration for assignee;

·       Manage Tenancy Contract Renewals;

·       Ensure records maintained for all settling-in services with appropriate receipts;

·       Ensure CRM system is updated with details and records of all services;

·       Manage Relocation app to ensure that all content is relevant and up to date and that all assignees are introduced to the app.

·       Proactive with a positive can do attitude;

·       A team player but with ability to work by oneself;

·       Fluent English, both oral and written;

·       Ability to work under pressure especially when deadlines have to be met;

Must have UAE Driving Licence.
