Responsibilities
Relocation Administrator
· Complete property handovers ensuing detailed document with supporting photographs in place;
· Complete utility and telecom connections for assignees;
· Complete Ejari registration for assignees;
· Assist assignee with Driving Licence transfer;
· Complete alcohol licence registration for assignee;
· Manage Tenancy Contract Renewals;
· Ensure records maintained for all settling-in services with appropriate receipts;
· Ensure CRM system is updated with details and records of all services;
· Manage Relocation app to ensure that all content is relevant and up to date and that all assignees are introduced to the app.
