The photo must be high resolution and not pixelated or blurred when zoomed in at 400%

The photo must be no more than 6 months old

The photo should be a minimum file size of 1 mb

The photo must be taken against a white background

All facial features should be clearly visible (ears, eyebrows, entire forehead). Hair fringes, or any hairstyle covering the eyebrows and ears will not be accepted

No side profile; the person must be facing the camera straight ahead

No smiling / showing of teeth or frowning

No shoulders to be visible

Wear clothing that is not white in colour
