Hiring: Business Development Manager – EER Corporate Services

Executive Expatriate Relocations (EER) is an Irish owned company and was founded in Dubai in 2005, identifying a need for a personalised and professional relocation company that not only delivers a service, but creates a bespoke offering for each individual client, and delivers it professionally, timeously and with integrity. EER currently offers a comprehensive range of relocation and immigration services across the U.A.E, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. EER Corporate Services, which was established in 2012 provides company incorporation, Private Client Support and Banking services in the U.A.E.

The role of Business Development Manager – EER Corporate Services will be split as follows:

• 80% focus on business development, working closely with the Head of Business Development (EER Corporate Services) to source new clients across the U.A.E. and globally, promoting EER Corporate Services through networking; existing clients, and Global conferences.
• 20% focus on the operational needs of the division working closely with new and existing clients to develop and manage relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, support the corporate service team and spend time developing relationships with EER’s clients.

Duties

Business Development

• Arrange quality company incorporation sales meetings for Head of Business Development (EER Corporate Services) with a target of 6 meetings per week or 24 per month. Additionally arrange 12 meetings per month in Abu Dhabi for the General Manager.
• Generate sales – cold emailing/calling to set up meetings with prospective clients;
• Meet potential clients to sell EER’s services;
• Attend strategic networking events to promote EER Corporate Services, build relationships and identify client prospects – follow up with new contacts to arrange meetings;
• Accompany Head of Business Development (EER Corporate Services) and General Manager to existing client meetings and follow opportunities for cross-selling;
• Weekly meetings with the General Manager to report on progress and achievements;
• Support the Head of Business Development (EER Corporate Services) in arranging meetings for international business development trips, source contacts and arrange meetings.
• Manage the sales database;
• Assist with preparation and typing up of minutes of meetings attended with Head Of Business Development, EER Corporate Services.

Required Skills:

• Proven Business Development/Sales experience in the UAE for a minimum of 2 years;
• A current UAE driving license and car;
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to drive forward and close the sale;
• Proactive with a positive can do attitude;
• Fluent English, both oral and written;
• Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people;
• Customer service focused with excellent attention to detail;
• A team player ;
• Ability to work by oneself ;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure especially when deadlines have to be met;
• Computer skills: MS Office

•UAE Driving License and availability of a car

Training:

EER will provide the necessary information and procedures for the outlined duties
A shadowing process of 2 weeks with the current Business Development Manager
