Emaar unveils homes near Dubai Opera

Emaar Properties has unveiled its newest residences located adjacent to the Dubai Opera in Downtown Dubai, according to a statement on Sunday.

The ‘Act One | Act Two’are 52- and 46-storey luxury residential towers that offer views of the Burj Khalifa and the Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in Dubai’s downtown.

The property will feature just 718 residential units including one, two, and three-bedrooms, and a limited collection of penthouses located on the highest two levels.

A dedicated promenade opens to a view of the Dubai Opera with high-end retail and cafes, and rich amenities including a health club, spa, infinity pools and swimming pools.
