As Managing Director and Operations Director, respectively, they have consistently proven their commitment to EER Middle East and its goals, as well as their own talents in operational functionality, team building and strategic thinking. MARIE O’NEILL GMS, MIM+
Co-owner and Managing Director
Marie O’Neill has been living and working in the Middle East since 2007. Alongside her business partner Aideen Hopkins, Marie became co-owner of EER Middle East in 2021 as part of a management buyout and leads the company’s business development and client relationship strategy, working with large corporates, high-net-worth individuals and private clients across the region.
Marie spends regular time on the ground in Saudi Arabia, building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth. Her extensive experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East region enables her to provide practical and informed guidance to clients navigating the region’s unique business and mobility landscape.
AIDEEN HOPKINS GMS, MIM+, CAM+
Co-owner and Operations Director
Aideen Hopkins has been based in Dubai since 2011, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the Middle East. Aideen became co-owner of EER Middle East in 2021 in partnership with Marie O’Neill, through a management buyout and leads the operations of the business, defining its processes and policies and ensuring the seamless delivery of corporate, immigration and relocation services across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider region.
Spending regular time on the ground in Saudi Arabia, Aideen supports the team, oversees operational activities and ensures consistent high-quality service delivery. Her deep understanding of regional business practices and organisational operations allows her to implement efficient and innovative solutions that support sustainable growth and meet the evolving needs of clients.
