We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity. This role involves managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall financial management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable as requested, reconcile bank statements and client funds, and manage general ledger accounts for both UAE & KSA entities.
  • Assist in the month-end closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Review and process expense reports, manage petty cash, and monitor financial transactions to ensure proper accounting.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments to support financial and operational initiatives and provide accounting support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.

Relocation Consultant

As a Relocation Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients’ employees (assignees) to navigate the complex process of moving to a new location. Your primary goal will be to ensure that assignees have a smooth and stress-free relocation experience by providing them with personalized guidance and support throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with assignees to assess their relocation needs and preferences. Setting expectations will be a key element of these consultations.
  • Provide guidance and advice on everything from finding suitable housing and schools to setting up utilities and opening bank accounts.
  • Deliver services based on assignees specific needs and budgets and clients’ scope of work.
  • Research and provide information on local laws and regulations, customs, and culture to help clients’ acclimate to their new environment.
  • Coordinate with other professionals such as real estate agents, maintenance companies, property management companies, utility companies, banks and government authorities to ensure a seamless relocation process.
  • Maintain regular communication with assignees to keep them informed and address any concerns or issues that arise during the relocation process.

Immigration Specialist

Reports to Head of Immigration

Manage the process of all immigration service request in line with EER Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), ensuring assignees/ clients are communicated with in timely manner throughout the process, ensuring that client and assignee are communicated with regularly to ensure client service excellence.

Accountabilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of visa and immigration needs, inbound and out-bound, and engage with transferees to secure appropriate visa status/work permit
    • Engage with clients and transferees to secure appropriate visa status/work permits
    • Provide advice and guidance to clients on immigration procedures, timelines and expectations
  • Immigration Management:
    • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of immigration legislation and implement new procedures with clients as appropriate to ensure adherence to compliance requirements
    • Facilitate and maintain the highest level of communication with clients and transferees regarding the progression and status of assigned cases with the clients’ HR department ensuring timely, quality service and compliance with government regulations
  • Administration:
    • Prepare and maintain tracking and reporting for all immigration authorization requests
    • Analyse and prepare high-level summaries of immigration activity
    • Maintain all visa and immigration files and records

Planning and allocating work and priorities, assessing contributions, giving and receiving feedback, motivating consultants and clients, handling conflicts and problems, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing inputs for Zoho CRM and Relocation Online. Coordinating, and arranging orientation tours, home searches, school searches.

Accountabilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Liaising with the relocating assignees and the EER relocation consultants.
    • Conducting regular review calls with clients (annually, quarterly, or weekly).
    • Completing monthly/quarterly reports as required by clients.
    • Managing expenses for clients when required.
    • Communicating with client HR functions, relocating assignees, and EER’s relocation consultants.
    • Managing assignee’s relocation milestones through Client Portal updates.
    • Handling assignee escalations to ensure resolution in accordance with Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
