Reports to Head of Relocation
Responsible for managing the relocation requirements of our clients within the UAE to ensure consistent delivery of high levels of service.
Planning and allocating work and priorities, assessing contributions, giving and receiving feedback, motivating consultants and clients, handling conflicts and problems, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing inputs for Zoho CRM and Relocation Online. Coordinating, and arranging orientation tours, home searches, school searches.
Accountabilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Liaising with the relocating assignees and the EER relocation consultants.
- Conducting regular review calls with clients (annually, quarterly, or weekly).
- Completing monthly/quarterly reports as required by clients.
- Managing expenses for clients when required.
- Communicating with client HR functions, relocating assignees, and EER’s relocation consultants.
- Managing assignee’s relocation milestones through Client Portal updates.
- Handling assignee escalations to ensure resolution in accordance with Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensuring operational compliance and delivery aligned with Client SLAs.
- Developing and implementing client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships.
- Relocation Management: The position will be to support EER’s operations in the UAE ensuring excellence in client service and to manage the execution of the performance plans.
- Supporting EER’s operations in the UAE, ensuring excellence in client service and executing performance plans.
- Managing client initiations effectively and efficiently.
- Implementing and following company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Managing client accounts through active Zoho CRM updates and the Relocation Online Portal to ensure full utilization by staff and clients.
- Tracking and resolving client complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Conducting regular reviews with clients to ensure consistent delivery of services.
- Supporting UAE Relocation Consultants in managing administrative actions, reallocating cases as needed, and delivering services (e.g., coordinating itineraries, property viewings, school tours, and settling-in activities).
- Coordinating with the Head of Relocation to ensure that account needs are met and that EER’s profitability is maintained for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Team Management:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Relocation Consultants to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Conducting regular training sessions and workshops to improve team skills and service delivery.
- Identifying and implementing strategic process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Developing and executing retention strategies to ensure high engagement and retention of full-time consultants, reducing turnover and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administrative Requirement:
- Ensuring that all reporting documents are up to date.
- Managing interactions with authorities (e.g., Municipality, Utility Companies) on behalf of relocating assignees and their HR teams.
- Coordinating client requirements with assigned Relocation Consultants.
- Overseeing and assisting with contract signing between assignees and landlords/agents in the absence of the Relocation Consultant.
Person Specification
- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Global Mobility or a related field, with a strong background in corporate-level operations. Must possess high communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and proven experience in engaging and collaborating with senior-level management
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate, ideally in Business Administration or any equivalent degree
- Technical Qualifications: Advanced knowledge is the use of Microsoft Office

Other Requirements
