A subsidiary of UAE-based Azizi Group has acquired six new plots in Dubai, reports say.
The company’s chief executive said that these new plots are for residential projects to be located in Al Furjan, Jebel Ali and Dubai Healthcare City, according to Zawya Projects.
“We have appointed the architects and expect to finish the detailed design this year,” said Farhad Azizi, CEO, Azizi Developers.
He said the company is still looking to further increase its land holdings in the country by acquiring 15 to 20 plots every year. He also said that the company is working on featuring a retail component in their projects portfolio.
The developer has recorded around $217 million worth of sales in 2015.
