2025 is going to be a special year for EER Middle East. Not only will we be entering the fourth year of our ownership, in March we will be celebrating 20 years of operations across the Middle East. Having closed out a hugely successful year in 2024 where we added to the team and expanded our services, we thought it would be an excellent time to share with you our favourite memories and our vision for the future.

An Approaching Anniversary

In 2025 EER Middle East will celebrate its 20^th anniversary, having been founded way back in 2005. We really have come a long way since the early days and we are extremely proud to now be the region’s leading provider of relocation, immigration and corporate services with our headquarters in the UAE, offices in Saudi Arabia and a presence in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. With our official anniversary date in March, we will have plenty of associated activities, initiatives and even a few surprises to share with you in Q1 – so make sure you stay tuned for all the updates and exciting news!

Memorable Milestones

We couldn’t begin to celebrate our 20-year anniversary (or look forward to the next 20!) without making special mention of some of the milestones that have meant the most to us. You won’t be surprised to hear that one at the top of the list is our management buy-out in 2021, where we took over as co-owners of EER Middle East. Having spent many years on the leadership team of the company, both of us were fully invested in its future growth and when the opportunity came along to play a larger role, it seemed entirely serendipitous. We are especially proud that by taking ownership, EER Middle East is now a female-led organisation. This enables us to be part of a shifting landscape that is becoming more inclusive, diverse and dynamic, inspiring future generations to strive to achieve their dreams and that nothing should hold them back. Our other key milestone to celebrate is the launch of our services in Saudi Arabia. From the moment we took over, opening in Saudi was one of our central goals and we were finally able to realise this in 2023. Saudi Arabia is such a unique destination and one that is rapidly becoming one of the most talked about in the world. We knew that with our unrivalled Middle East experience, we would be best placed to offer clients support in this dynamic Kingdom. Today we have 20 expert local consultants in KSA across Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar providing a comprehensive range of relocation, immigration and corporate services.

Looking Ahead

For us the start of 2025 isn’t just an opportunity to look forward in the spirit of the new year, it is a chance to combine the lessons of the past with the innovative spirit of our team to build a framework for the next 20 years. We understand the immense value of the contributions made by our entire team to get us to this ground-breaking anniversary and we will continue to honour their legacy as we grow even more. Our top priority is to engage with all of our stakeholders and use their knowledge, passion and imagination to keep learning and improving for our employees, our partners and our clients. In the coming months we hope to share even more updates with you on the direction of EER Middle East and how we will be expanding our capabilities to further cement our presence in the region’s most reliable and trusted partner in relocation, immigration and corporate services.
