When it comes to immigration and visa services, there are so many different elements involved, especially with constant changes, updates and new avenues to residency, business set up and sponsorship.  Our expert immigration services team have to ensure they are always in the know and are available round the clock to help our clients have a stress-free experience.  We wanted to get to know them a little better and find out what makes them tick….

The Immigration Team: Seamless Support

First up in the immigration services team is Donna Libatique, one of our Immigration Specialists:

What is your day to day like at EER? My goal is to manage all of the immigration needs for my clients, making sure they have all the information they need and to keep everything on schedule.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I love singing and listening to my favourite songs.  I also find doing yoga is really great for releasing the stresses of the day!

What would you like people to know about the EER Immigration Team?  That we make an amazing family, filled with friendly, funny, collaborative and supportive people!

Next up is Ann Capiral another of our Immigration Specialists:

How would you describe the work you do at EER? My responsibilities are centred on providing top quality service to our clients and building strong professional relationships with them so I can understand their needs better.

What do you like to do with your spare time? In my free time specially on weekends, I enjoy spending quality time with my family.  With the busy work schedule, I see to it that I provide enough time and attention to my son.  I like to chat to him and play with him.  He is getting bigger and is curious so answering all his questions takes up a lot of time!

What would you like people to know about your team?  How strong, dynamic and committed we are.  We make sure to support each other and continuously share new updates concerning labour, immigration and other authorities.

Our Senior Immigration Specialist Gemma Uy is up next:

What are your main responsibilities at EER? I do mainly inbound immigration for one of our Abu Dhabi clients

What do you like to do in your spare time?  I like to go out with my friends for coffee or food, go to the beach or workout

What would you like people to know about the EER Immigration Team?  Immigration is more than getting a Residence Visa and an Emirates ID. It is also about fresh starts, settling down to a new job in a new place and in a completely new environment than you were used to. Our team will add the human touch to all the robotic processes that you will encounter and will be with you to make the transition as easy as we possibly can.

Kelly Labuschagne, who is the Immigration Team Leader, had this to share:

What are your main responsibilities at EER? Being a trusted advisor to my clients on all immigration related services, visa processing and updates. I also make sure to support my team where I can and work with them to develop more efficient processes to benefit our team and our clients.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Keeping active, spending time outdoors, sharing a good meal with friends and family.

What would you like people to know about the EER Immigration Team?  Our team is always very eager to assist anyone that has any questions and is happy to share our knowledge.

Lastly, our final Immigration Specialist Sujatha Subramanian:

What are your main responsibilities at EER? I am an immigration specialist working mainly on visa and immigration matters.  Much of my day to day responsibilities include working on Golden Visas, immigration management, administrative procedures and client relationship management.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Cooking, watching series and traveling with my husband
