A Day in the life of an EER Key Account Supervisor

19 July 2016

My Name is Jemma Loader. I have been at EER for almost a year now and work as a Key Account Supervisor.jemma loader

My average day consists of a very early start to get my three young daughters to school on time and from there I head straight to the EER offices in Jumeirah Lake Towers. The first thing I do is fire up my laptop and check our online relocation management system, then I begin organizing my emails, as part of EER’s continued professional development we recently completed Microsoft Outlook training which gave us some really in depth knowledge to utilize Outlook to plan our day effectively, starting with organizing my emails into ‘Tasks’ for the day. This is followed by checking my Calendar to see who I am meeting, where, what time and what I need to have prepared beforehand.

During a typical day I will deal with any combination of the following, reviewing tenancy contracts, property handovers, assisting with utility connections, organizing home and school searches and conducting research for our up to the minute schools database.

I keep close and regular contact with the assignees that I am dealing with as well as their HR departments, keeping all parties informed of progress is a really important part of our service, we pride ourselves on doing it well and it is why our clients are so satisfied with EER.

The best part of my job is the face to face contact I get with Clients, there is no greater satisfaction than seeing the end result when an assignee gets to move into their Dubai home with all the boxes ticked.

Working in the EER office is great fun, it’s a vibrant young team and no two days are the same.
