Are UAE expats still job hopping?

With employment opportunities getting scarce these days, a growing number of employees in the UAE are opting to commit to their current employer for the long haul, a new study suggests.

Hays, a leading global professional recruiting group, has polled more than 1,500 workers in the UAE to see if the majority of the country’s population are still changing jobs too often.

The results of the study indicate that changing the work scenery frequently may have become a thing of the past, with nearly every employed person in the country, or 94 per cent of the respondents, said they want to stick with a company for at least three years.
