Developer says set to launch $952m projects in Dubai

The Shaikhani Group has unveiled its Vision 2025 plan, with projects worth a total of AED3.5 billion ($952 million) and some already under development in Dubai Sports City and Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The company will also invest in additional projects worth AED2 billion in the Jumeirah Village Circle and Arjan communities, a statement said.

The first phase of the development includes Gardenia Residency – a AED220 million residential project located in Jumeirah Village Circle.

Mahmood Shaikhani, managing director of Shaikhani Group of Companies, said: “Gardenia Residency is our tribute to luxurious living. It has been created for a discerning audience that aspires to live in a planned community with all the modern facilities.”
