Construction begins on ‘iconic’ 1/ JBR project

Dubai Properties (DP), a leading Dubai-based real estate master developer and manager, announced Sunday the start of the construction of its flagship project, 1/JBR.
The construction started with site mobilizing and enabling works by the end of January 2016. Final design has been completed and it is in the final stage of approval with the authorities.

The registration of clients and customers with the intent of purchasing was launched in September 2015, and the tower is set for completion and handover in early 2019. Encompassing 2- to 4-bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom penthouses with exquisitely crafted interiors, 1/JBR is a 46 floors tower, with 153 units.
