94% of UAE employees don’t want to leave their job – survey

Nine out of ten UAE employees want to stay with their company for three years or longer, a survey has revealed.

Of more than 1,500 UAE staff members surveyed, 94 percent said they would like to remain with their current employer for more than two years.

Of these, 47 percent want to stay with the same employer for five or more years.

The survey, conducted by recruiting experts Hays UAE, found the remaining six percent prefer to move to a new company every one or two years.
